Embody Your Fire Horse

This mini workshop is an invitation to cross a living threshold — from the inward, cyclical wisdom of the Year of the Wood Snake into the grounded vitality and forward-moving energy of the Year of the Fire Horse.

We will begin with a somatic movement practice:  walking a gesture — a symbol-shape that represents continuity, integration, and transition. Through slow, intentional walking, participants are invited to sense what is ready to be shed: old patterns, identities, or ways of holding the body that no longer serve. This movement marks the final shedding of the Wood Snake and prepares the nervous system for change.

From this place of embodied awareness, we will move into sentient connection with a horse.

We will walk alongside the horse in silence, participants are invited to attune to equine presence — noticing breath, pace, tension, and warmth. Horses respond to what is real and embodied, offering immediate feedback that supports regulation, clarity, and grounded connection.

The workshop includes:

-          Somatic movement through walking the symbol-shape

-          Guided introduction to Fire Horse energy

-          Silent walking with a horse to explore sentient connection

-          A Fire Horse mantra read in quiet presence

-          Time for reflection and integration

This is not a riding session, and no previous horse experience is required. If anyone is nervous of horses, I can support you in your connection to your horse. All practices take place on the ground, with respect for the autonomy and well-being of both humans and horses.
